Russian Civil War (1917-1921) / Execution of Bolsheviks or Whites?

Rare footage from the Russian Civil War: ***User's who say that shooters are White Army soldiers*** 1) These are Reds being executed by soldiers of General Kolchak in Siberia. 2) Executioners are Whites (...) soldiers (...) in Siberia. In 1921 and 1922 when this film was made. 3) One of the shooters at 0:35 is crossing himself. There's no doubt in my mind - they are the Whites. 4) Whites under Kolchack exicuting Reds. I belive that these may be one of the exicutions that took place in the city of Omsk. They have a huge monument to the Red soldiers exEcuted by the Whites in 1919 there. 5) I think the executioners are either White Russians or even foreign soldiers. The US, UK, Canada and others sent soldiers after WW1 to fight the communists. The executioners have neat uniforms, with leggings or boots and crisp newer hats. The Communists weren't as well provided for in terms of uniforms. 6) Those being executed are identified as Red Army troops, their executioners, as White Army troops. 7) It's Whites execution because we can see to their uniforms and this video is famous and this is White who execute communist. 8) The uniforms of the executioners look a lot nicer than those of the executed. Just going by that, this is probably whites shooting Reds. 9) Those being executed here are Bolsheviks. The shooters are Whites. 10) From the uniforms you can tell that the soldiers doing the killing belong to the Red Army. 11) Shooters are White Russian soldiers. 12) Being shot are Bolsheviks at the time of the 1918 Allied Intervention in North Russia, when the British forces took an active role in the execution of thousands of Bolshevik sympathisers in places as Mudyug Island, near Archangelsk, where concentration camps were created for this purpose.The Head of the Scientific Enquiry Department of the Russian State Cinema and Photographic Archives in Moscow was able to identify the film. __________________________ ***Users who say that shooters are Red Army soldiers*** DrKorn5: The soldiers doing the shooting are Reds by the lack of shoulder boards and by the uniformness of their uniforms I would say its in the later part of the war. The men being exacuted are (and this is just a guess) Don cossacks by their blue pants. Besides it is common knowledge that people were trying to look good when they are filmed. Even one of those poor bastards who was going to be executed (lying on the ground) is smiling at the camera (0:10 and 0:19) Another attempt by your communist ancestors to cover up their crime was the story of mass execution of Polish prisoners of war in the Katyn forest. Obviously Katyn was real massacre and happened, I am not trying to say that, but you must admit that in this video Bolsheviks are being shotting by White Army soldiers. The famine of 1921claimed 5 million victims more. By the end of the Russian Civil War, some 20 million had died and the Russian economy and infrastructure were completely devastated.
