The Triangle Fire

The Cloth Inferno - The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire It was the worst factory fire in the history of New York City. Late in the afternoon of Saturday, 25 March 1911, fire broke out at the Triangle Shirtwaist Company, located on the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors of the Asch Building.
