April 18, 1946 saw Dr. Seidl call his client, Hans Frank, Nazi lawyer and Governor General of Occupied Poland to the stand. In this excerpt, Frank describes his principal positions in the Nazi Party and Hitler's government. After the Nazi defeat, Frank turned over his elaborate diary to the Allied authorities and this diary became a prime source of evidence in the Trial.
