Canonsburg Lake '09 0001

The Peters Twp. Girl Scouts continued to make improvements to the area surrounding Canonsburg Lake in McMurray, PA during the 2009 National Public Lands Day. They planted three more plum trees, assembled and installed a picnic table, weeded two gardens, repaired a bench and cleaned out bluebird nesting boxes. The girls also tested the water quality in the lake and at the creek below the dam,
