Freespace 2 mission 3 part 1 : The Romans Blunder

Yeah two parts, because of that endless dogfight I was stuck in before the Psamtik joined in the fight. It would've been easier if my wingmates and Beta leader's wingmates didn't get slaughtered that quickly when the cruisers popped up. And then getting 4 fighters along with those 2 cruisers against me alone wasn't the most amusing thing ever. Yeah yeah they tell you to lure the escort away, but it's easier said than done, they stop following you and well, they shoot at you when you try to get away, so it doesn't really work. Your best bet is just trying to stay alive and wait for the Psamtik, and then lure the remaining fighters near it.
