Italo Disco. This is the original version of the song, which was only found on the 7". Not sure why they never put it on the 12". The 12" version is the Disco Remix, which is a combination of the original and the Disco mix on the B side of this 7". That B-side is interesting because it has no main lyrics, and actually features English singing in parts, that are not in the original, such as "I want you, I need you". These lines are not in the original. All this aside, I wish they had done an extended version of this original, and not just of the disco remix.
