Hermann Jadlowker - Ecco ridente in cielo - 1912

German tenor Hermann Jadlowker (1877-1953) sings one of the best ever recordings of this aria. Originally trained as a cantor, he combined excellent coloratura technique with a strong, dark voice to excel in roles ranging from Almaviva to Lohengrin.
