The Saddest Thing- Idris Muhammad

CTI/Kudu was on fire at this point. This song is a shining example, with an all-star cast consisting of Joe Beck on guitar, Gary King on bass, Ralph MacDonald on percussion, Randy Brecker on flugelhorn, my main man Grover on soprano sax, Mr. Bob James doing conducting and doing arrangements in addition to the Fender Rhodes, and of course Idris on drums. If this is entitled "The Saddest Thing", why do I get a good feeling everytime I hear this song?
