Adhan at the Umayyad Mosque in Damascus

From what I have been told, there are only two mosques in the world where the Adhan (call to prayer) is performed in congregation. The Umayyad Mosques in Damascus and Aleppo, Syria. The story goes that in earlier times there was one main guy who gave the adhan and numerous others who stood on the walls of the Mosque to echo it out into the city. This is how they do it now. When one of the guys saw I was recording he motioned for me to come in and get a better shot....right afterwards is a guy that looks exactly like Sheikh Ahmed Yassin.
