Constitutional or Hogwash? Part III

Part III of III In this, I discuss Berg's claim that Obama may actually be an Indonesian citizen and that this negates his US citizenship. Berg has offered up what amounts to a loosely tied string of allegations and suppositions with little or no documentation to back up his statements. What he does offer is weak and of questionable authenticity. Berg's Supreme Court motions include a writ of certiorari, which is scheduled for review at conference on January 9, 2009, and an injunction to prevent the Electoral College from casting its votes on December 15, 2008, or failing that, to prevent the votes from being officially counted on January 9, 2009. Obviously, one deadline has already passed and one is rapidly approaching. A conference for the injunction has been scheduled on January 16, one week after the votes will be officially counted, rendering it meaningless as far as I'm able to tell.
