Rock Nano latest work titled "Zodiac", is a combination of 12 Western Zodiac signs (Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpius, Sagittarius, Capricornus, Aquarius, Pisces) and 12 Asian Zodiac horoscopes (Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig). Gold and silver acrylic are applied on two panels of 100cm x 100cm x 5mm glasses weighing 30 kg. Four pieces of spacers between them are used to hold these two glasses together while leaving a gap of 70mm in between. I am inspired that there is closeness in the Zodiac that is often demarcated into East and West. The western Zodiac is denoted by month, and the Eastern Zodiac is denoted by year. The design will demonstrate the embeddeness of East and West whereby its completeness is complementary. The setup will be two panels of glass, with an intermingled set of 12 East West Zodiacs on either panel. When the two panels are placed parallel side to side, it will make a complete sense.
