While activists in Nicaragua are demanding a change in the law to protect women from domestic abuse, some of the victims have already taken matters into their own hands - taking self-defence classes. Al Jazeera's Monica Villamizar reports from Nicaragua, where one in three women are thought to have been victims of domestic abuse.
