ILS Approach Istanbul RWY 24, strong wind, crossing Bosporus and Golden Horn (Cockpit View)

Starting with some fast forward cloud-flying this is an ILS approach to Runway 24 at Istanbul Ataturk Airport during very windy condition. Actual wind average during the approach were 220-260/24G35. It was right after Coldfront passage with the typical weather condition for that situation, especially the very good visibility at that time. This approach goes in a straight line from the black sea to the airport crossing the Bosporos und the Golden Horn. I took several side-views during the approach in oder to get a very nice view over old-town istanbul with it´s mosques and the Galatan Bridge. Enjoy.
