Jason Struna (Part 1 of 3) "Toward a Theory of Global Proletarian Fractions" HMRG-UCSB 2009

Jason Struna is a graduate student in Sociology at the University of California Riverside. In this talk on 30 October 2009 he discusses his paper "Toward a Theory of Global Proletarian Fractions" published in Brill's journal Perspectives on Global Development and Technology, Volume 8: 2-3 (2009). This article was also included in the edited volume by Jerry Harris, titled: "The Nation in the Global Era: Conflict and Transformation" (Brill, 2009). This talk was given at the second meeting of the Historical Materialism Research Group (HMRG) at the University of California Santa Barbara.
