Kosmas Helps Family Replace Stolen Purple Heart Medal

Dorothy Clawson, the sister of late U.S. Army Private First Class Kenneth Ray Cox, contacted Congresswoman Kosmas' office to assist in obtaining a replacement Purple Heart medal. Her brother was killed in action during the Korean War and his family was awarded a Purple Heart, among other distinctions. Two years ago the medal was stolen from her home and the Congresswoman's office was able to assist in obtaining a replacement.
