Shipwreck of the Barsac / Epave du Barsac

Story of the Barsac, sank over french Coast in 1917 and discovered by myself a few years ago: Contain : nickel ore Weight: 3000T Value : 150M$ two years ago Problems: none, except french administration as usually. *********************** Two years ago after researching the three-masted barque "Eugène Pergeline" sank in march 1917 over fasnet with 2900t of nickel ore, we decided to reseach the Cargo ship Barsac, sank over French coast in 1918 with 20 peoples and 3000t of nickel ore and nickel matte. After afew surevy we found it in 40 meters of water. - nice wreck, in good state, by the way- We did declare the all thing under CERES name and ask for an autorisation to salvage the cargo (in July 2007 nickel ore was about 50K$/T) After tons of papers and hundreds of telephone call, after speaking to many ministry and administration, it appears that nobody is able to tell me if yes or not i am able to salvage the bloody thing. Now two years after the nickel value is down, the nickel ore is still in the wreck and i still have no answer. Crazy isn't it ??
