Reconciling Love: Archbishop Desmond Tutu

Archbishop Desmond Tutu was awarded the 1984 Nobel Peace Prize for his immense contribution to the cause of human rights. He spent years working to create a democratic and just society without racial divisions in South Africa. In 1995 Tutu was chosen by President Nelson Mandela to chair South Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Commission and investigate the crimes committed during the apartheid regime.
