I would call Rod Steiger the greatest living actor in the world, but there's one problem: he's dead. That minor detail aside, Steiger is *my* favorite actor of all time. Some might call him an overactor, but not me. His screaming brings me joy. Take for example this clip from the 1989 star-studded disaster The January Man.
