Philadelpia 8th to Walnut St James Bld then Thayer Bld lobbi

Take a walk as I come up the escalator from the subway, and start walking at 8th & Market-where some guy from NYC who just got out of jail attempts to sell a working cell phone for $10-so he can get a bus back to NYC, then I walk down 8th, pass Walnut as I come to the Lobby of the St. James Building I walk slowly through that area and down that small alley street and come out on Washington Square West St. and walk into the Lobby of the Thayr Condo Building, where they are selling their Units starting at $650 to 9 million. It's a classy historic building, so I walk into the Lobby look around and then I'm out of there as the film ends.
