Rough landing on Biscayne Bay

A twin-engine amphibious plane made a rough landing on Biscayne Bay near the Venetian Causeway Friday. The pilot attempted to land the plane not realizing that the landing gear had not retracted properly. The plane suffered damage to one wing, but all three people on board were uninjured.
