SM64 warping and hyperspeed glitches (Tool Assisted)

Unless you're capable of pressing A 30 times a second then it is unlikley that these glitches are recreatable to this extent. However I used frame advance to achive that when doing a backwards long jump on the elavators in Hazy Maze, the reason I'm showing this is the glitch into the ness room might be useful for getting to the metal cap palace early. I don't know if the glitch at the end can be done on a console, but its still pretty difficult to do since normally Mario travels so fast that he instantly dies.
