Nadler Argues for Fair and Effective Military Commissions

October 8, 2009 Rep. Jerry Nadler speaks on the floor of the House of Representatives to urge reform of the military commission system. While praising the inclusion of historic hate crime protections, Nadler stressed that stronger safeguards are needed for the protection of civil liberties in the U.S. military commission system.
