Our cat recovering after a cranial mediastinal thymoma surge

A week after a cranial mediastinal thymoma surgery, our 7 years old cat showing some signs of recovery. There are still some dermatitis on the skin, some parts are still red. Her movement is limited only to her litter box once a day. The cat takes steroids and antibiotics (BioClav twice a day 62.5mg), we apply with cotton wool balls some pet shampoo on her skin every day (2% clorexidine)
