Unpossible Penetration at the Kitakyushu Biennale

email from Giorgos Taxiarchopoulos to rapport that after all efforts and the participations of some of the artist from the greek section of Emergency Room the penetration at the Kitakyushu Biennale was unpossible : "Penetration at the Kitakyushu Biennale it was impossible as the artists didn't accept it. The answer from Thomas Bayrle (whom I met finally at the opening..) was negative. He told me that he asked the curators about it and they didn't think that penetration generally was a good idea. He didn't take the responsibility to help me do it anyway at his space as a colaborating project because he didn't really liked the idea too I believe... Then I talked to Sean Snyder who was exhibiting and also co-curating this years Biennale at Kitakyushu, Japan. His answer to my question (-how would you feel if your space was penetrated..)was : -What for??? and when i started explaining him about the international emergency room project and about penetrations in other biennales he just avoided me telling me that he has to go and get a drink. So I went to see the works and I decided to do a performance outside at the street where I felt much more comfortable." PENETRATION IS NOT ALWAYS REALIZABLE THANK YOU TO Giorgos Taxiarchopoulos TO HAVE WORK HARD TO TRY TO CONDUCT AND TO HAVE FINALLY DECEIDE TO DO A VAGABONDE EXHIBITION IN THE STREET . for this penetration Giorgos Taxiarchopoulos received the same day by email work from Costas Beveratos , Maria Ikonomopoulou Thierry Geoffroy ,Nikos Mantzios ,and Giorgos Taxiarchopoulos that were the comments of that day about those artist images of the art work sended http://www.flickr.com/photos/emergencyrooms/sets/72157602236477827/ links to . successfull penetration : http://penetraation.blogspot.com/ Emergency Room at Ileana Tounta http://emergencyroom-athens.blogspot.com/
