ART Geo Cachet Address PT One

What is geocaching? What is a cachet? Can you recite the difference now? It has been brought to my attention that a few of my artistic endevours in the Texas Big Bend Desert and parks nationally have caught the ears of government authority, and "they are interested". The following v-logs are an explaination of my endevours., the differences between an artifact and a geocache. They are a request for aid to my elected officials for patronage of these locations as "catchets", endevours for individual citizens. Possibly citizens of other nations whom enjoy traveling the world, seeking out one time artifacts, guided by the direction of the artist, supervised by administrations of State and Federal Municipalities and Park Services.
