Hermit Crab Surface Molting

Please, if you feel a need to make a comment about how cruel this was or that I am a horrible crab owner who needs to be educated about their care, please keep it to yourself. I know surface molting is not a good thing for LHCs to do and usually means something is wrong but little Coheed is still alive and well almost a year later. As soon as I was done shooting this I moved him to a properly setup iso tank where he finished his molt. I am willing to bet I have been keeping LHCs a lot longer than you have and I can assure you I love them and take very good care of them.
