AGRA - Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort

What can I say about AGRA and the TAJ which hasnt been said yet? It is the home of the most famous building on this planet, everybody knows of - the love story behind it, the governmental crisis this expensive building caused bringing the kingdom close to bankruptcy (and the ones that should have followed, like the black Taj, an identical building completely out of black marble on the other side of the river...), so that the founder was put into jail by his own son trying to safe the Mogul empire.....well, the Red Fort must certainly be the nicest jail on earth, plus he had a great view on his beloved Taj ;-) But hey! Wasnt this the best investment ever done for Agra in the long run??? Or what about a daytrip to Fatehpur Sikri - the deserted city built by the great Akbar - a military genius but not so clever in city constructions....well, his mistake is the tourists luck, since nothing really changed this place. Well, you all know it, so just enjoy the pics as an appetizer for your upcoming visit! PS: If the 750Rs entrance fee are REALLY and ONLY used for keeping this world heritage in check, than it is worth every rupee.
