Flood of the Vienne, March 4th 2007

This is about as high as I've seen the river since I moved here in 1999. Most of the footage that you see here, except that which is oubviously *meant* to be the river, is dry land normally. On the footage taken up at the castle and also towards the end of this clip, you can see the land mass to the South of Chinon, and it's basically a huge lake right now.
