To make matters worse, a powerful evil has summoned the shadows of hell which has blocked out the light leaving the world under a constant total eclipse of the sun. Inferi walk the streets. Vampires are attacking every living person. The muggle military roam under the Imperius Curse shooting innocent people and blowing streets to pieces. Bombs fall. It feels like the end. If the order wants to win, they must invoke all the power they have. Things are always darkest before dawn...
