GI Joe Movie Trailer #3 - Official Coming up this August is G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, and though it doesn't seem like there's a lot of star power in this one--Dennis Quaid and Marlon Wayans don't exactly qualify as A-listers. The Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity, G.I.J.O.E, is taking on the evil organization Cobra, run by the enigmatic Cobra Commander, a Scottish arms dealer. With fans AND actual servicemen already up in arms sufficiently to get G.I.J.O.E's headquarters moved from Belgium to the United States, it's enough to make you wonder how the whole thing will come out.
