2007年10月21日、早稲田大学は125周年を迎えました。125という数字は、早稲田大学の創立者である大隈重信が生前に唱えた「人生125歳説」より、早稲田大学の特別な数字とされています。 れは早稲田でもっとも有名な応援歌『紺碧の空』の場面です。（かなり、画面が揺れますのでご注意ください） Waseda University, Tokyo Japan, celebrated its 125th anniversary of founding on 21st October 2007."125" is a meaningful number to Waseda University, because the founder Shigenobu Okuma adovocated his theory that human being could live to be 125 years old.
