"I train at least two times a day," she said. "I try to do two body parts a day and then two hours of cardio which I break up, so I am in the gym six times a day." But the petite 29-year-old isn't going for fun; it's her job. Indiana's only female bodybuilder is packing in the gym time and packing on the muscle for the Ms. International Bodybuilding competition. The Ms. International is Isabelle's first as professional. "She's the rookie this year and that's the thing," her fiance David Stamper. "Everyone is very curious to see how she is going to perform; she is an unknown." With the whole bodybuilding world watching Isabelle has been trimming down her diet to trim down her waistline. No sweets, no carbs, no red meat. "It's not the greatest diet in the world," Isabelle said. "It is very hard. My diet for the Ms. International is zero carbs and just protein and veggies, which, it's just hard." Through the bland diet and grueling workouts Isabelle says she's keeping the end goal in mind. "I want to prove to everyone, and to myself that I belong up on that stage and that I can win and I want to win, so I have to give it my best." And that means one more trip to the gym; a seventh time couldn't hurt. Isabelle will travel to Columbus, Ohio to compete in the Ms. International on Friday. You can watch it via webcast.
