Magnetic Shield on Torbay Hybrid

http://Gigagauss.com Here i am using a small amount of magnetic shielding from a hard disk to make the rotor move. Instead of raising or lowering stators i am just placing the shield between the two to get movement.. Is this the solution to Overunity?
