Erebus Disaster: Privy Council Dismiss Appeal

Ron Taylor reports on the Privy Councils dismissal of the appeal of former New Zealand judge Peter Mahon, to reverse the judgement of the New Zealand Court of Appeal which ruled that Peter Mahon, whilst conducting Royal Commission of Inquiry into the Mount Erebus air disaster, exceeded his jurisdiction in accusing Air New Zealand witnesses of a cover up attempt at the Inquiry.
