"African Religion, the Gospel of Wealth and Liberation Theology" (Carolyn Gaglione '10)

Religion major Carolyn Gaglione 10 works with Professor David Woodyard to examine the evolution of African religions. By studying colonialism and Christianity's southern expansion from Europe, she hopes to gauge the impact on native African beliefs. Carolyn adds a unique perspective to her research as she recently returned from a semester abroad in Namibia, Africa.
