K. Stephen and last but certainly not least the probable actual 'Ripper' himself (assisted/advised by Gull)... Lord Randolph Henry Spencer-Churchill (Sir Winston Churchill's father). His son Winston being installed as a future Prime Minister was the price paid by the Establishment for services rendered unto the Establishment regarding the 'Ripper' affair.
