Sim City 4 Tutorial Mass Transit

This is a Sim City 4 Tutorial that covers the area of Mass Transit. Your population has a requirement to be able to get from A to B fast and efficiently. In large cities with high populations, this can prove problematic. High commute times reduce desirability, and ultimately hold your city back from greatness. Implementing effective mass transit solutions will help resolve commuting problems and perhaps get the bustling urban metropolis you desire In this tutorial I outline each mass transit system available in the game. I give a brief overview to each one and particular problems of each system. I also give some tips to use with each system- things I have learned from experience and work best in the game. Harness the information given to you in this tutorial to build creative solutions to your mass transit needs. As always I did not use any cheats or money boxes during the making of this video.
