"Little" Short Sale Tips & FNMA BPO Strategy

The short sale niche is growing. I spent all of my time at the Washington Realtors conference last week in the exhibit hall and not in any classrooms. However, I did learn one thing. Real estate agents as a whole do not understand the potential contained in the short sale niche. Many of them are scared out of their mind to even participate in a short sale. I was surprised at how many agents told me that they just do not do short sales at all. Ummm OK ?!? That sounds like a good business plan. (please note sarcasm) Obviously they are not educated in the techniques that lead to successful short sale transactions. They probably have never thought about using a negotiation company either. (Only my opinion) The really cool thing is that because agents are avoiding short sales, you have huge amounts of opportunity to grow your business. The simple reason you are so lucky is because you have invested in your education and committed yourself to carving out the short sale niche. (more on luck later) This week we have two shout outs. Plus I have several important tips for smoothing out your short sales. These are what you might call little strategies that most agents never think about ahead of time. (The same agents I mentioned above that run from a short sale opportunity) If you were not on last weeks strategy call you will really want to hear about how the BPO Factor just jumped up in importance. Oh I am collecting inspiring quotes so if you have any that you really like send them over. Here is a quote to start your week of with: Luck is not chance Its toil. Fortunes expensive smile is earned. -Emily Dickenson What I love about this quote is that it is very grounding when I look at my business or even my life. Especially if I dont see what I want to. There really is no one but myself to blame if the results are not what I want. Too often people look at those they would consider better off than they are and think, those people are just lucky. Instead, we need to remember luck has very little to do with it. It has much more to do with someones willingness to roll up her sleeves get her hands dirty and just plain work hard at being highly successful. So take luck this week and earn fortunes expensive smile. multiple short sale offers, shortsale strategy, short sale training, short sale education, short sale training, accelerator offers, excite price system, bpo factor, short sale approval, short sale success, real estate agents, shortsale strategies, short sale services, third party short sale negotiators, realtors, foreclosure, short sale help, short sale mentoring, short sale coaching, Keller Williams, Exit Real estate, ReMax, Century 21, Windermere real estate, Bank of America, Chase, Citi, Well Fargo, Midland, Suntrust, Countrywide, Flagstar, Aurora, Short Sales suck, help me with my short sale, help with short sales, short sale negotiation, short sale negotiation, short sale negotiation company, short sale processing, I need help with my short sale, what are lenders thinking with a short sale, lenders suck, how do I stop foreclosure, I want to stop my foreclosure (forclosure), I need help with B of A, Banks of America, Chase, Washington Mutual, Country wide, countrywide sucks, What is the number for my lender, HSBC, Customer Service, Aurora, Wells Fargo, Short Sale success, Jessica Side, Matt Side, Alliance Short Sales, Alliance, Real Estate Agent Training, Short Sale Training, Short Sale Training for Realestate Agents, Short Sales in Seattle, Sucess in the Seattle market, Seattle Short Sales, Will a bank do a short sales, what banks do short sales?, will I qualify for a short sale, will my home owner qualify for a short sale.
