In de Hema aan het Stadhuisplein in Lelystad heeft een grote brand gewoed. De brandweer is met groot materieel ter plaatse. Ook is er veel winkelend publiek op de been. Het vuur zou ontstaan zijn in een koeling in het magazijn van het filiaal. Volgens de brandweer is de brand inmiddels geblust. De omgeving van de winkel en de bovenliggende woningen zijn ontruimd. Mensen worden opgevangen op het stadhuis.
