Valdez Guide

My 'how to' Valdez guide. AND for all you gymnasts out there that flame me for my form of the valdez. I'm looking at the valdez from a bboy point of view and really don't care to make it a perfect walk over gymnast style. So keep the derogatory remarks to yourself please. I'm only hear to help and you're not helping by coming here and putting my guide down. Tips and Suggestions on how to make a better guide are fine, but rude comments are very immature and uncalled for. Thanks. Enjoy :P
