my goldfish is missing a pectoral fin :(

I just got this goldfish today. He is by far my favorite goldfish ever. After I set up his bowl I noticed he was missing a pectoral fin. It does not really matter to me because I still love him. I just find it interesting. I guess he was born without it. That's what happens with experimental breeding and inbreeding fish, I suppose.
