This is nothing personal. her video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RIKeC9k2-Jg I realized that I gave an etymology of Gnostic in the video, but not Agnostic so here it is. Agnostic: from the Greek agnostos (a- "not", gnostos- "to be known) meaning unknown, unknowable. The word was coined in the 1870's by T.H. Huxley to define himself in his belief that although he saw no reason to believe in gods, he had no means of disproving them either. "I ... invented what I conceived to be the appropriate title of 'agnostic,' ... antithetic to the 'Gnostic' of Church history who professed to know so much about the very things of which I was ignorant."
