MARS WATER SYSTEM: Are the "glass tubes", canals and reservoirs alien engineering?

I´m still analyzing the supposed martian water supply system in ARAM CHAOS area and I found more strong evidences that it´s an ancient major work of engineering. But the point is that it seems that this system is still functioning and getting maintenance of its builders.
