Rafik Hariri - The dream

Rafik Hariri was a savior sent to Lebanon. He fixed the economy and rebuilt Beirut single handedly. Some critics might argue that he strangled Lebanon with a $30 billion dollar dept or he somehow was corrupt! Well, I don't believe he was but just for arguments sake, which is better! Beirut looking like a dumping ground, torn roads and a completely destroyed city and the like? Or looking now the way it currently. My god, they should give Mr. Hariri credit just for cutting through the bureaucracy and red tape which exists in a country like Lebanon just to implement these projects. God bless you Rafik, We All Miss You.
