Scar Symmetry - Dark Matter Dimensions - Song Tunings

ADDITION: The bonus track Pariah is not listed in the video. I did the video before the official release came out in the States. So, here it is... Tuning for "Pariah" :: Drop A 7-String :: A E A D G B E I decided to list the tunings for each song on Scar's new album "Dark Matter Dimensions" since so many people ask me what tunings are for the songs I cover. There was only one song I had trouble with, and that was "Radiant Strain." Why? There is a breakdown just before the solo that suggests they are using their 8-strings in a drop tuning (I don't know what you'd call it... drop E?). But other than that little snippet there are no other parts in the song that suggest they are using their 8s. So I'm guessing it's, as the video states, 7-string standard. I'm also uploading my first cover of many from this album, "The Iconoclast." Check it out. Thanks for watching and I hope this video helps some of you. P.S. Buy "Dark Matter Dimensions" when it comes out. It's a phenomenal album. NOTE: I honestly don't know if my 8-string standard tuning is listed correctly. All I know is that if you tuned an 8-string guitar to comply with root/5th (power chord) formation, the lowest string would be tuned to F#. If I'm wrong then the correct tuning would be appreciated.
