How to make Japanese Geta (wooden clogs) & visiting Gujo Odori by ADEYTO -visual diary series-

Documentary about Geta making (Japanese traditional sandals) shot during the famous Gujo Odori dance festival in Gujo Hachiman city, Gifu prefecture, Japan. The festival takes place for about 30 consecutive nights from mid July until the first weekend of September and each night it shifts location to a different shrine. During "Urabon" (August 13th to 16th) the dance continues all night until 5am. More than 20 thousand visitors descend on Gujo for this event. Video was shot by ADEYTO on a digital photo camera and it features the famous dance song Harukoma sang by 坪井三郎 & 古井戸道雄 as well as the most famous Geta shop of Gujo. This documentary is first one in a series called "ADEYTO -visual diary-" that began due to the fact that ADEYTO is to busy to actually write a diary entry. It also features photographs taken exclusively by ADEYTO during the travels.
