Goldfish Tank - Bamboo Nitrate Filter & DIY Overflow / Sump

55 Gallon Tank with 7 goldfishes I know it's not common to have a sump for freshwater tanks but my Goldfishes make so much waste and keep getting sick even though I had 2 AquaClear HOB Filters installed. After building this extra bio-filtration sump and a Downdraft Wet/Dry Filter Tower, my Ammonia & Nitrites have been stable at ZERO for 3 weeks now and the fishies are HEALTHY. Next DIY on my list is an Auto Top Off System. Someone told me fishkeeping was relaxing! Yeah right.
