MARS ANOMALY: Water canal with ship dock??

The region of ARAM CHAOS concentrates the most of reservoirs, canals and "glass tubes" of Mars. It´s seems to be the "mainframe" of the martian water supply system. Whoever that built these complex, by some reason chose this place to set up this aquaduct complex that supposedly is enable to support ships navigation in some large canals. Don´t you believe??
