Brocéliande

'Brocéliande' is Annie Challan's arrangement of an ancient French melody, 'La complainte de la blanche biche', dating back to the XII century. The title of this version is a tribute to the magic, mythical forest of Brocéliande, setting of the story. Again, a recording of me in the background, and beautiful pictures for the video clip. This time I choosed the miniature paintings of the illuminated manuscript 'Le très riches heures du duc du Berry' (XV century), a book of hours (collection of prayers) decorated by the Limbourg Brothers, probably the most amazing artists of their time.
