3 million dollars are being invested AutoToilet.com

In March of 2009, Governor Schwarzenegger declared a State of Emergency because of Californias water supply. He wouldnt have had to do that if, a couple of years ago, one of his many water agencies had given me a grant to develop my project. Now he is spending more money on daily radio drought notifications than on what I would need to spend to solve this California drought problem, and save the state at least 10 million dollars daily in water expenditures. I love Arnie, but he needs to talk to me!
